Fair Value and Dividend Increases

Morningstar raised their fair value estimates on several dividend growth stocks that we follow:

• AYR from $21.91 to $22.95
• SPGI from $174 to $224
• PAYX from $58 to $60
• SWJ from $140 to $145
• UHT from $63.56 to 67.79
• UNH from $218 to $300

Also, the following companies recently raised their dividends:

• Colgate-Palmolive (CL) increased its quarterly dividend by 2.40% to 43 cents/share. This increase marked the 56th consecutive year of annual dividend increases for this dividend king.
• General Dynamics (GD) increased its quarterly dividend by 9.70% to $1.02/share. This marked the 28th year of consecutive annual dividend increases for this dividend champion.
• Oracle Corporation (ORCL) raised its quarterly dividend by 26.30% to 24 cents/share. This is the tenth year of consecutive annual dividend increases.

If you own any of these dividend growers you gotta love the nice annual pay raise that you just received!
