Recent Dividend Increases

The following four companies raised their dividends which is reflected in the Dividend Geek screeners. All dividend payment amounts are listed in annual dividends paid (not quarterly). If you own any of these companies you’ll want to update your portfolio trackers to reflect the new dividend payment amounts, which will raise your Yield on Cost and annual dividend income!

McDonald’s (MCD) from $4.04 to $4.64, for a 14.9% increase
Realty Income (O) from $2.64 to $2.646, for a 0.23% increase (Realty Income raises their dividend quarterly)
Microsoft (MSFT) from $1.68 to $1.84, for a 9.5% increase
W.P. Carey (WPC) from $4.08 to $4.10, for a 2% increase

Also, all MS fair values have been updated.
