Fair Value Increases
The following dividend growth stocks received fair value increases by Morningstar for the week ending 3/25/2016.
ACN from $98 to $101
ADP from $77 to $79
KMB from $106 to $109
The new fair value prices have been updated on the ‘Check for Undervalued Stocks’ and ‘Watchlist’ pages.
Naturally when the value of a company increases it improves it’s percent value against its current price. For example, ACN with a fair value of $98 was 16.7% overvalued (at current price of $114.17 per share) the overvalued gap was reduced to 14% when the fair value moved up to $101. I like to stay aware of what companies are doing well and their fair values are consistently moving up. I have recently added a weekly running record of the changes in fair value (both increases and decreases), along with dividend increases which can be found on the ‘Check for Undervalued Stocks‘ page. First I started as a value investor so I bring that philosophy over to starting my journey of dividend growth investing. I like how your approach combines the best of both worlds. Being in late 30s I still have the possibility of that tempting 30-year compounding.
